Please read thoroughly and make sure to go through ALL steps of the integration!

IMPORTANT - Please reach out to us first before starting these steps so that we can make some necessary changes to your Equalture dashboard in preparation for the Teamtailor integration.

  • Part one: How to set up the Teamtailor/Equalture integration

  • Part two: How to link an Equalture job to Teamtailor

  • Part three: How Equalture results are presented in Teamtailor

Part one: How to set up the Teamtailor/Equalture integration

Step 1: Click on "Integrate"

In your Equalture dashboard, go to >Settings and then >Integrations. Then click on the "Integrate" button next to Teamtailor, which will take you to the integration form.

Step 2: Get API Key from your Teamtailor account

  • Go to Teamtailor -> Settings -> Integrations (scroll down) -> API Keys

Below you can see what this looks like in Teamtailor:

Fill in the information below and click create. Make sure to tick the boxes and select the right API Scope.

Step 3: Paste the API Key into the Integration Form in Equalture

Go back to the integration form you get after you click the "Integrate" in your Equalture dashboard, and paste the API Key you copied in the field below:

If the API Key is correct, you'll be able to move on to the next step by clicking "Next".

Part two: How to link an Equalture job to Teamtailor

Linking your Teamtailor career page to Equalture is important to make sure that applicants go through the application flow in your Equalture environment. To set this up, you need to make sure that the apply button on your career page is linked to the Equalture application flow. Here's how you can do this:

Step 1. Create a job in Teamtailor

In this example, a Business Development role is created in Teamtailor.

Step 2: Import the job(s) into Equalture

After you create a job on Teamtailor and set up your integration, go to Jobs in your Equalture dashboard--> click on Create new job --> Choose Import job. Now, you will see an overview of the jobs that you have open in Teamtailor.

Click on Import job to import the job you want to link to Equalture.

You will now see our job creation form, in which you can configure which insights you would like to collect from candidates for this role. Click here to read more about the job creation form.

Once you're done, click on publish.

Step 3: Go to >Jobs in your Teamtailor account.

Go to 'Jobs' in your Teamtailor account --> select the job --> hover over the job --> select 'Edit job’ by clicking on the pencil.

The image below is what you'll see:

Step 4: Copy and paste the Equalture job URL into your Teamtailor job.

Go to β€˜Application’ and scroll down until you see ' +Show advanced settings'.

Now copy the URL of the job you imported to Equalture and which you want to link with your job on Teamtailor, from your Equalture dashboard: 'Jobs' -> 'Actions' -> copy URL (first icon).

Paste the URL of the job here:

Step 5: Click >Save.

Make sure to click on the Save button. If you go to your career page on your company website and select the right job you will start the application flow of Equalture.

What happens with your apply buttons from this moment

Once you import a job from Teamtailor into your Equalture dashboard and complete the steps above, the "Apply" button below this vacancy on your Career Site will link to your Equalture environment. If you don't import a job into your Equalture dashboard and complete the steps above, the apply button will link to the Teamtailor application form.

Part three: How Equalture results are presented in Teamtailor

When you click on and open an applicant on Teamtailor, you can find the link to their profile in Equalture in the contact details section:

Important: In order to see the full profile(s) you must be a User in Equalture and logged into your dashboard.

Please fire up the chat if you have any questions about linking your Teamtailor career site to Equalture. πŸ‘‰
