Part 1: How to create an assessment in Equalture
Important: It is important that you have created your job in HR Office. Then, when you open your Equalture Dashboard, go to the Jobs section.
Click on 'Create a new Job'. Here, you will see an option to fill in your ATS ID, this is a 6 number code found in HR Office. See screenshot below:
You can find the ATS ID for every job in HR Office. See screenshot below:
Paste this 6 number code into the ATS ID into your Equalture Job creation form.
Tip: Before you Save your job in Equalture, don't forget to link your Job in Equalture to a Team and a Competency Profile!
Once you have saved your job in Equalture the job is linked via ATS from Equalture to HR Office.
Part 2: How to link your Job in HR Office with the Equalture URL.
Important: Final but crucial step.
Once you completed Part 1 of this article, your jobs are linked via ATS. However, in order to ensure candidates are redirected to the Equalture URL you must copy and paste the Equalture URL into HR Office. Below we will explain how you can do this.
In Equalture, go to your Jobs Dashboard overview.
On the right-hand side of your screen you will see the 'Actions' column. Here you can see the chain icon (on the left in the screenshot). See screenshot below:
By clicking on this screenshot, you will immediately copy and paste the Equalture URL for that job.
Please note: In order to change the URL to DUTCH, you must edit the URL as seen below:
English URL: https://app.equalture.com/en/vacancies/example-job-2f910c/apply
Dutch URL: https://app.equalture.com/nl/vacancies/example-job-2f910c/apply
Copy and paste this Equalture URL in HR Office.
1. In HR Office select your 'Sollicitatiemethode' as Externe URL.
2. Under URL Sollicitatieformulier, copy and paste the Equalture URL.

Part three: How are the results shared or displayed in HR Office?
Once a candidate plays the games as part of their assessment their results will be sent to HR Office in the form of a URL. This link will redirect you to the full Candidate Profile in Equalture.
Please note: You must be a User in Equalture to see and open the Candidate Profile.
