IMPORTANT - Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager first, so we can provide you with the link to set up the integration.
Part One: Generating your credentials
You will receive a link from your Customer Success Manager to set up the SmartRecruiters integration.
Open the link, this will lead you to the following page:
Follow the steps to generate your Client ID and Client Secret.
Once you've entered your Client ID and Client Secret, click Continue.
This Kombo Help Center article gives you an in detail explanation of how to generate your Client ID and Client Secret.
Part Two: Creating an assessment in Equalture
In your Equalture dashboard, go to the >Jobs tab and click on Create a Job in the top right corner.
Select Assessment (ATS Integration).
The job will appear in the job overview and it will say ‘Connect’.
If you then click on Connect you can select the invitation stage at which the assessment will be sent out. Go to the corresponding job (you can search based on ID) and make sure to select the right stage.
Once you’ve selected the right stage, you can click Connect. The assessment will be sent out as soon as the candidate is moved to that specific stage in SmartRecruiters.
Part Three: How are the Equalture results presented in SmartRecruiters
You will be able to see a summary of a candidate's Equalture assessment results in their SmartRecruiters profile.
As you see in the above screenshot, there is a link saying 'View details'. This redirects you to the candidate's full Equalture Candidate Profile, including explanations for each of their scores.
Important: In order to see the full profile(s) you must be a User in Equalture and logged into your dashboard.
