IMPORTANT - Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager first, so we can provide you with the link to set up the integration.

Part One: Generating your credentials

  1. You will receive a link from your Customer Success Manager to set up the SAP SuccessFactors integration.

  2. Open the link, this will lead you to the following page:

  3. This Kombo Help Center article gives you an in detail explanation of how to generate your API Key and User Secret.

  4. Once you've entered your API Key and User Secret, click Set up integration.

Part Two: Creating an assessment in Equalture

  1. In your Equalture dashboard, go to the >Jobs tab and click on Create a Job in the top right corner.

  2. Select Assessment (ATS Integration).

  3. The job will appear in the job overview and it will say ‘Connect’.

  4. If you then click on Connect you can select the invitation stage at which the assessment will be sent out. Go to the corresponding job (you can search based on ID) and make sure to select the right stage.

5. Once you’ve selected the right stage, you can click Connect. The assessment will be sent out as soon as the candidate is moved to that specific stage in Success Factors.

Part Three: How are the Equalture results presented in SAP SuccessFactors

You will be able to see a summary of a candidate's Equalture assessment results in their SuccessFactors profile.

As you see in the above screenshot, there is a link saying 'View details'. This redirects you to the candidate's full Equalture Candidate Profile, including explanations for each of their scores.

Please note: the picture above is an example. Role fit and test score may be presented differently.

Important: In order to see the full profile(s) you must be a User in Equalture and logged into your dashboard.

Please fire up the chat if you have any questions about linking SAP SuccessFactors to Equalture.
