The setup for the Recruitee integration is divided into two different steps:

  1. The general integration; We will take care of this, but to do this we need some information from you. This article describes what information we need and where you can find this. 
  2. The integration of the career site; This is something you can do without our help. We describe how this works in the link provided at the bottom of this page.

The general integration

So setup the integration, we need the following information:

  • Company ID
  • Personal API token

The following steps will explain how to navigate to this information.

Step 1. Go to 'Settings'

Step 2. Go to 'Personal API tokens' (category: Apps and plugins)

Now this is what you'll see:

The first thing we need is your company ID (in this example: 29539).

The second thing we need is your personal API token. As you can see, we already have an active API token (called Equalture). 

For the integration we need you to generate a new token.

Step 3. Create new token
Click on 'New Token' to generate a token for Equalture. You can just call this token 'Equalture'. After creating this token, this is what you'll see:

The code on the right (akNhd....) is what we need to setup the integration. You can easily copy this code to your clipboard by clicking on the button next to the delete-button. 

So that's it. Just send the company ID and the token code to your contact person at Equalture and we've got all we need to setup the integration.
