Tips & Best Practices

  • Tip 1: We recommend that you use a colour palette that has already been checked against accessibility standards, as we do not support any kind of colour contrast checks.

FAQ

*What if the font that I need isn't in the list of options?

We can only support Google fonts that have the correct weights available

What will the applicant see if the landing page text is published when empty?

If left empty then the landing page will show Equaltures default text for that language.

What will the applicant see if the Custom page text and Video is published when enabled but empty for a language?

If the settings for the custom page are empty for the language the candidate has selected, then the custom page will not show for that candidate.

When does the green message on the “Publish changes” page show?

This page will only show if all current changes are published. If any changes are made to any basic or advanced settings, then this page will update to show the “pending publish” state instead.
