Hire the best candidate for the job. Data-driven and bias-free. That's Equalture.

Equalture helps you to select the best candidate for the job by providing you with an accurate job successfulness prediction, based on both experience and potential.

Alright, we understand that this might sound a bit vague. Let's cut this sentence into pieces.

Equalture helps you to select the best candidate for the job..

How? Well, Equalture is a pre-hiring matching technology. This means that we have developed an intelligent matching algorithm to match your candidates to your job opening.

.. by providing you with an accurate job successfulness prediction..

So, we have a matching algorithm to match your candidates to your job opening. This algorithm generates a matching score. So for instance, if I would apply to one or your job openings, based on my application, you receive a job matching score for he (between 0 and 100%). This matching score is a prediction of how successful we (read: our algorithm) think the candidate will be in this specific job.

.. based on both experience and potential.

We're almost there. The last part is all about explaining you how we can create this prediction (i.e. on which data do we base our prediction).

When analyzing candidates, our algorithms needs information about two categories:

  1. Experience. This category contains your hard data - education, job experience, languages, etc. (focuses on the past). We (partly) gain this data by importing a candidate's LinkedIn profile (instead of focusing on a resume).
  2. Potential. This category contains soft data - personality and cognitive/soft skills (focuses on the future). We gain this information by letting candidates play a few games.

And last but not least, we mention the term bias-free in this article. This means that we stimulate you to purely focus on a candidate's experience and potential without getting distracted by demographics (that lead to bias). Our blind hiring feature explains you how we do that.
